Macduff Single Malt Whisky
Macduff Distillery was established in 1960, construction was completed in 1962 and distillation commenced the following year with two stills. A further still was added in 1966, another in 1968 and yet another in 1990 raised the total to the current five. It sits near the coastal town of Macduff on the banks of the River Deveron. Macduff is a Highland malt whisky distillery and contributes to Dewar’s blends of scotch. Glen Deveron is the name given to official bottling of Macduff malt whisky and Macduff to the malt whisky bottled by independent bottlers.
