Glencadam 1991 vintage Highland single malt Scotch whisky. Matured in 1st Fill Bourbon Barrels and bottled 2013 by Gordon & MacPhail for the Connoisseurs Choice range.
Nose: Sweet and fresh, with tropical fruits, marzipan and a hint of vanilla. Palate: Sweet toffee and citrus fruits, orange marmalade and a touch of black pepper.

Glencadam is a Highland malt whisky distillery established on the north-eastern edge of the city of Brechin by George Cooper in 1825. Equipped two stills Glencadam is one of Scotland’s smaller distilleries. The number and range of distillery bottlings has increased in recent years with the Glencadam 10 Year Od and Glencadam 14 Year Old sherry finish proving popular.
