Tasting Notes

Batch 9 is a long slow distillation of our base blend which has been combined with a large quantity of single distillations of lemon peel and black peppercorns. Mixes very well with tonic; citrus driven gin with a spicy finish.

The Dornoch Distillery was founded by brothers Simon and Philip Thompson. Following a successful crowdfunding campaign production of the Experimental Series of gins began in 2016.
